This is our new ride. Yay!! A minivan!!

I thought about entitling this post, "The Day We Swore Would Never Come".

Joe isn't so enthusiatic about this purchase, but it was a necessity. After playing Tetris with the carseats in the back of my little SUV, it was concluded that there was no other option.

Too many Cuties, not enough LATCH - if you know what I mean!

Ali and Mia are thrilled with the minivan - it has a DVD player and doors that open by themselves. They are easily impressed.

Smells Like Chocolate...

Happy Easter!!

We woke up in frenzied excitement - Ali claimed to have seen "tall ears" in the kitchen early in the morning and I couldn't help but add that I heard "some strange thumping" during the night and that Daddy smelled something like chocolate in the living room!! The girls had great fun looking for their hidden easter baskets and also finding a surprise gift for Eva in her baby carseat. Then we enjoyed a nice Mass - everyone was quiet and Eva barely made a peep.

My cousins from Washington were able to join us this year!

"Mias' Angie" came back from Tulane in New Orleans, Kristina came from Bellingham and Amanda and her boyfriend, Dave, came from Spokane completely unexpectedly.

There was baby holding, reminiscing, hot tubbing, ping-pong (or something like it), good dinners and a little tequila...
